  • Cryogenic Therapy Chamber - Cold Exposure

    Benefits: Relieve pain, reduce inflammation & swelling, regenerate damaged tissues, and improve athletic recovery.

    Whole body exposure to extremely low temperatures help trigger the body’s self regulation, self-rejuvenation, and self-recovery mechanisms.

    Temperature: -140 to -170 Degrees Celsius.

    Duration: 3 minutes of intense cold exposure.

  • FAR-Infrared Sauna - Hot Exposure

    Unlike regular saunas, FAR Infrared technology heats the body by penetrating directly from the surface to activate sweat glands. Sauna sessions increase blood flow and circulation, release toxins from the body, and takes your mind to a tropical destination.

    Temperature: +65 Degrees Celsius (max).

    Duration: 10-20 minute sweat remedy.

  • Hyperice - NormaTec Compression Devices

    Patented compression technology helps to increase blood circulation, revive muscles, and reduce swelling. Recover faster, improve your training, and maximize your performance with our Full Body Systems.

    Includes option of Lower Body, Upper Body, and/or Hip attachments.

    Duration: 10-20 minutes or as desired.

  • Fascial Stretch Therapy - Connective Tissue Work

    For anyone looking to take a deeper dive into their stretch routine. Practitioners use neuromyofascial manual therapy to help improve range of motion and restore pain-free movement to the body. Our FST session incorporates a variety of techniques including Hypervolt massage equipment, Thai massage methods, cupping, and manual stretch manipulation in order to rebalance the brain and the body to its optimal form.

    Duration: 30 or 60 minute options*

    *5 minutes if doing the Circuit Session

  • Chiropractic Care - Sport Specific Rehab & General Maintenance

    For anyone looking for the diagnosis and management of injuries. This appointment option uses a variety of treatments including: manual manipulation of the spine or extremities, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, cupping, targeted rehabilitation, patient education, and nutrition advice.

  • Registered Massage Therapy - Soft & Deep Tissue Relief

    For anyone looking to remedy their body’s soft tissues and give their brain a break. This treatment focuses on relieving muscle soreness, tendons, ligaments, and joint irritations caused by intense activity, chronic pain issues, or occupation-related discomfort.
